Windie, Great job on the wiki! I like how you created a Google Form for self evaluation and embedded it into the wiki! This easy to read and would be a very useful tool to self assess! Great idea!
Thanks Harry! I was somewhat lost in this whole process. Unfortunately, I only volunteer at this point but have a lot of classroom involvement but I do not have to evaluate myself so this was tricky. Again, thanks and I'm glad it seems to be useful - I kinda liked it :)
Windie, That is nice and easy to read! Just to let you know you should check the links on your home page they say you need to be a member to access although you can access the pages from the sidebar.
Windie, I also like your google form - it is much less complicated than mine. Where do the results go? How do the teachers/administrators get the feedback? When filling out the documents for the examples, did the teachers fill them out or the observer? Great job, Megan
Great idea to add the survey. I would also maybe add a space for reflection and some short answers to provide some samples or examples of how they are feeling they are meeting each standard under neath each one. You can leave the form open and show the results in the spreadsheet to share with your administrators. This might help them to see where they need to work on. Same with teachers and share with both teachers and administrators to see where they are needing some more work.
